Another essential feature when you want to control your own body is to be more aware of the sensations in your own body. It’s essential so you always know where you are in your arousal and you don’t reach the point of no return. To focus on the feelings of our bodies is not something most men are used to do. But meditation can change this as fast as possible. Most guided meditations will tell you to focus on on certain parts of your body, from one area to the other.

So with the help of meditation, you can train yourself to relax all your body, to focus on your breathing, to breath profoundly and to also focus on what your feeling. They are all crucial abilities if you want to last longer during intercourse by better controlling your ejaculations and your own body. So come on…meditate.
